East Lake Village, by S&S Homes, is named for the planned community built around the man-made "East Lake". Neighborhoods within the Eastlake Village Association enjoy use of the community pools and spas, paddle boating, tennis, basketball and sport courts for a very low monthly HOA fee of about $60.
Travis Ranch is a country-like community located in the heart of East Yorba Linda, with the excellent and acclaimed Travis Ranch Elementary and Middle School as the centerpiece. Travis Ranch homes were generally built in the 1980's and 1990's, and pride of ownership is evidenced throughout the community.
Mount San Antonio is a newer neighborhood in Yorba Linda by Woodbridge Homes. Mount San Antonio has been a highly desirable area with larger lots and beautiful views of the canyon, hills and Yorba Linda city lights.
Bryant Ranch is a hillside housing community in East Yorba Linda, and known for the excellent Bryant Ranch Elementary and Middle School. Homes in the area of Bryant Ranch were built in the late 1980's through the 1990's.
